This Place In West Delhi’s Serving A New Version Of Chuski And You’re In For A Sweet Brain Freeze

Ice Candy Factory is a dessert place in Rajinder Nagar doing new versions of the the traditional chuski, waffles, pancakes, and so much more. If you’ve got a hardcore sweet-tooth, you might have just stumbled upon your new love.

What if you got to relive those summer evenings of your childhood, delving in the goodness of the sweet and sour chuski {and always asking for extra syrup from the vendor}? Yeah, well, we did start this nostalgic trip to drive it to a happily-ever-after ending.

Just like you’ve grown up, so have the icy treats. Now we’ve got the Ice Candy Factory churning out these cold, cold delicacies. They’ve somehow managed to bring back the good ol’ chuski/gola with its icy charm intact. You’ll find the traditional Black Sour {kaala khatta} and Rainbow flavours and some new ones like Fruit Punch and Blue Lemonade. They call them ‘Snowaffles’ and while they might not be served in the traditional style, they can efficiently transport you back to your wonder years. Not enough? They’ve also got huge servings of Snowaffle Creams, which are icy towers in a cup, drenched in sweet syrup, topped with fruit and ice cream {heaven is real, guys}.

If you’re looking for something sweet, but not necessarily icy, they’ve also got waffles, pancakes, crepes, shakes, and donuts—we didn’t have them {on account of our brains being frozen shut}, but we’re hoping they’re just as good.

PS: The icy delights might be too much for a single person to finish, so you might wanna take your BFF along. Oh, also, be prepared to get your share of sugar for the whole week in one serving, so gym nuts, this might be a hard pass.
