It's hard to scroll through Instagram without inevitably coming across serious nail inspo or a makeup look you'd love to recreate. Maybe it's just me (and I hope it's also you) but my life feels much more put together when I have my nails done, even if I've given myself a DIY manicure at home. CLAVO International was the newest one I put to the test, they're an online cosmetics brand that makes natural, organic and vegan beauty products in a TON of shades so I had to give them a shot.
They have about 20-something shades available in their nail paint range, everything from a bold red to soothing baby blues. I like that you don't need to put on a ton of layers to get the colour opaque, 2 coats and you're good to go. They also don't have most chemicals found in regular nail pants and last for a good number of days without chipping.
Their lip products include lipsticks, shimmers and tints, but the shade range isn't as extensive as the nail paints. You will, however, find some nude and hot pinks, reds and a bold purple I'm hoping to be brave enough to try next time. The lipsticks are formulated using shea, aloe and olive butter which makes them hydrating so your lips won't look like they're gonna peel off (*shudders*).
For the quality and the number of natural ingredients that have gone into making these products, they're still quite affordably priced. One nail paint is INR 200 and the lip products start at INR 299. So, you know. You could order two. Or five, without feeling guilty.
