Cold Love Ice Cream has collaborated with Michelin Star Chef Suvir Saran and Chef Vardaan Marwah to create a dessert menu like never before, at the Cold Love Dessert Café, in Basant Lok Market, Vasant Vihar, Delhi. The chefs have curated a menu that is as delicious as it can get with desserts like Love Bombs, Chocolate Love, Crème Catalana, Cookie Sandwiches and more such exciting treats.

The new range of desserts are a mix of bite-sized Love Bombs and cookies and other desserts, to be eaten alone or shared. The Love Bombs are small scoops of ice cream, dipped in molten chocolate and re-frozen. There are currently three different Love Bomb flavours, each of which is more surprising than the next. There are also more formal desserts like Chocolate Drownie – layers of dark chocolate cake with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream over a bed of buttery shortcrust crumb, topped with dark chocolate sauce – or a Tiramisu-style sundae, which contains a gooey chocolate cookie dunked in espresso with mascarpone mousse, topped with coffee Ice cream and dusted with cocoa. All these treats are available at the Cold Love Dessert Café in the Priya cinema complex, Vasant Vihar.

Chef Suvir Saran, with whom Chef Vardaan Marwah has developed these desserts, is an author, columnist, blogger and a culinary authority in addition to being a celebrated Chef and restaurateur. Suvir’s approachable style helped demystify Indian cuisine and earned him the first Michelin star awarded to an Indian restaurant in America.

Cold Love ice cream is artisanal ice cream made in small batches, loaded with carefully sourced fresh and all-natural ingredients.
