What Makes It Awesome

There are two kinds of people in this world. Ones who live for coffee and those who... well, we don't really know the other half because they don't exist (according to us, at least). For us, coffee has become a way of living and we were brimming with joy when we came across Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters. This Nagpur-based cafe and coffee retailer deals with sourcing, roasting and delivering coffees across India. Apart from their Cafe in Maharashtra, they also have an online presence.

Think Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory only here, it's all about coffee. These folks pride themselves on experimenting with new roasting techniques. They source coffee directly from the farmers in different Coffee estates of the country - Baarabara Estate in Chikamaglur, Glenfell Estate, Nokrek Ranges in Meghalaya and more. After which they roast these indigenous coffees in their own roastery. From French Roast to Cold Brews, they have aced the coffee game with some splendid Single Origin and Blended Coffee option. Each of these can be bought with a grind size that works best for you. We're definitely trying out their Bison Estate Filter Coffee that comes from their estates in Yercaud. Known to be one of the best Arabica Coffees in the country, this one has subtle hints of oranges. The strong notes of their November Rain coffee will elevate your mood with its divine aroma and the hints of Cinnamon will hit the notes just about right. This particular coffee blend was a result of a tiny confusion. Guess it worked out pretty well for them and us too.

Their Cold Brew Blend has a light body and is low on acidic content - just what we need on Mondays. You can shop from them based on the different Coffee Estates they source from or if you're looking to experiment with the different blends and roasting profiles we'd suggest you go for their Sampler Pack. It consists of a Cold Brew Blend (Espresso with Stone Fruit taste), Barbara Estate (Espresso which tastes like White chocolate and has hints of caramel), and Bison Filter Roast (Filter with a hint of oranges). This sounds like a really good deal to us. Once you're done delving into their coffee madness, you could also send out their Gift Boxes to your fellow coffee enthusiasts. Why, you ask? Because these come with Handmade Coffee Aroma Candles along with their one-of-a-kind coffees. Just when we thought they were done, we came across their coffee equipment - French Press, Cold Brew Maker, and AeroPress Go Coffee Maker. They're devoted to making our lives easier. But what makes them really awesome is the fact that their coffees are roasted to order (yes!). They have a comprehensive roasting schedule so that we get the freshest coffees delivered. All their coffees are packed within 24 hours of roasting. How cool is that?

Probably found writing something under a bald tree, with my earphones on, next to a dog and a gigantic bowl of Caramel Popcorn!
