Over the last two years, CP has literally risen from the dead. Once a place for lazy office-goers and metro regulars, it’s now become a party hub where traffic jams at midnight are common. Another peculiar aspect about this second coming? The pubs, sadly, look like clones of each other.
In this sea of me-too bars {all velvet sofas and dingy interiors}, a fresh face, The Tipsy Elephant, stands out. For a start, it’s got cool graffiti and colourful decor that’s an instant pick-me-up. Second, they’ve got a partially-covered balcony that lets you enjoy the Delhi winter without your freezing nose falling off in the soup.
We hear it’s by the same folks behind Gola Sizzlers and Cafe Hawkers. So, we assume that nothing on their Chinese and Italian menu will disappoint {optimism forever!}.
