This Slow Fashion Brand Does Amazing Summer-Friendly & Natural Ethnic Wear
What Makes It Awesome?
Cottons in Khan Market is a store that has been ahead of its time when it comes to conscious fashion. They started practicing slow fashion and sourcing material locally from the very start, and all the fabric that they use is 100% natural. It’s one of those brands that should be on your checklist, especially when it comes to shopping for comfortable and summer-friendly clothes. The store in Khan Market is huge with suits, kurtas, palazzos, and dupattas on the first floor, and dresses and short kurtis on the second. At any point, you’ll find lots of prints and patterns in kurtas and dresses, ranging from subtle to vibrant - there’s something for everyone here. The prices for kurtas start at INR 899 and at around INR 1299 for dresses, which we feel is worth the spend. They’ve also got really nice bags. From totes to cross-body bags, they have a great number of options to choose from. These bags are made of cotton and leather, and are quite sturdy as well. What we really loved was their jewellery collection. If ethnic and boho had a baby, Cottons' jewellery would exactly be it, and it's all reasonably priced as well. They also have tiny diaries which they make from leftover cloth scraps, and those are available in a variety of designs too.
What Could Be Better?
Although they have a lot of options in palazzos, in different colours too, we wish they had a few designs in cotton pants as well.
