Lecoanet Hemant, an Indo-French clothing design company is hosting a four-day long exhibition called Paris, New Delhi, From Haute Couture to the Technologies of Elegance, which is an attempt to showcase the journey of the brand from Paris to India.
With a focus on prêt-à-porter as well as haute couture, this is an effort by the brand to help people discern the fine differences between these genres.
This uniquely curated exhibition takes a step forward by documenting the evolution of fashion. So if you want to understand fashion and its evolution in a more in-depth manner and if you pride yourself on your fine taste, this experience is tailor-made for you.
Also, this fascinating exhibit will highlight the fine differences of execution in high fashion and prèt-a-porter de luxe.
A niche experience for people who are keen to understand the development of designs by hand and how these designs can further be developed into an exceptional commercial product. This is also a chance for you to appreciate the creative work of designers spanning over a period of three decades; both from the Parisian and Indian point of view.
And there’s more- a pop-up shop at Vayu {the boutique store in Bikaner House} will showcase all three Lecoanet Hemant Lines, to help you understand the brand’s ideology. The three categories on display here includes the Lecoanet Hemant Pret – Genes Lecoanet Hemant, the online collection {completely made in India} and Ayurganic, which brings together home-wear apparel that is established under the guidelines of Ayurvastra.
