The Turkey Project in Defence Colony has become my favourite place for Italian cuisine. The ambience is so lovely and this spot is a great option if you don't like to groove to loud music, otherwise, the place is quite calm and cosy. We started off with some Italian nachos which were simply the best I ever had thanks to the sheer quantity of cheese in it {pictured}. The dense layer of cheese tasted just heavenly. I highly recommended this to anyone making their way here.
The chef told me that they are using fresh produce and no preservatives are used whatsoever. It was a delight to know that this place believes in the concept of fresh food and that too right from the scratch.
Next, I had chilly poppers which were a stunner appetiser - the stuffing for the poppers are made with a combination of cream cheese and cheddar. For the main course, we had a mushroom burger - the patty was succulent and buns were really fresh and soft, Very rarely do I come across such places where the chef puts such an effort to ensure the best quality and yes, his preparations were absolutely exquisite and unique. Santorini Summer pizza was another steller delicacy that we tasted and it had a perfectly baked base. I ended my meal with Oreo cheesecake which was sinfully indulgent.
Also, they serve the best cold coffee in town.
The Turkey Project is the best of all to experience everything that you dream about to unwind yourself - be it over a cup of coffee or pizza. I'm definitely visiting again them again and I'm also sure your taste buds won't be disappointed when you feast here.
