Archna & Anisha is a designer store that is based out of Kalkaji. Started by a mother-daughter duo (Archna & Anisha), this place is best if you are looking for blouses, wedding wear, stoles, potlis, and resort wear. Recently, the brand also stepped into menswear, so they've introduced bandis, kurtas, bandhgalas, and sherwanis.
What makes the brand unique is their usage of the hand-knitted fabric which is a combination of rayon threads and zari where they knit the two together on a hand-flat knitting machine. They use the technique to make blouses, corsets, sari pallus, capes, stoles and trust us, each piece could keep you gazing for hours! Apart from the hand-knitted fabric, they also use of georgette, velvet, chiffon, chanderi, silk, raw silk, cotton, organza, and satin.
Well, when we thought that the subtle embroidery on their garments was enough, we were simply smitten by the colourful options (inspiration for which is taken from nature) thrown at us. The duo tells us, ivory and pastel shades attract them.
Price for their blouses starts from INR 7,500, occasion wear from INR 11,500, potlis from INR 4,500, stoles from INR 7,000, bandis for men from INR 9,000, while the resort wear starts from INR 6,000.
