Alone On Valentine’s? Chill & Dine With Singles At A Theatrical Supper Club

Ten-Second Takeaway

Crow’s newest production, The Hungry Hearts Supper Club, is an immersive dining experience where the audience can literally step into a crazy, make belief world and eat a seven and a half course menu with the play’s cast and other fellow singles.

Doctor Strange Love For Real

The dinner party is being hosted by Siren, a woman notorious for leading handsome sailors to their graves. Her guests are a motley bunch including a zoologist, the God of fashion, an exterminator and you, perhaps?

As this magical tale unfolds and the characters go about saying and doing seemingly random things, you can walk in and eat the lovely spread chefs Kainaz Contractor and Rahul Dua {of Cafe Lota and Rustom’s Parsi Bhonu and Blue Tokai fame} have put together. You can also choose to have a dialogue with the play’s many characters or create wondrous stories of strange strange love with fellow hungry hearts attending the party. The latter will be perfect when an impromptu karaoke breaks out.

All so surreal, right? Well, that’s one hell of a hipster Valentine’s, we’d say. And if you do find a fellow human who matches your crazy wavelength… Voila! You got a great story to tell your grandchildren.

So, We’re Saying…

This mad set-up with magic potions and mushrooms might just be the trip you’ve been waiting for.

The performance can take only 30 adventurous singles. But on the bright side, it’s got three shows lined up at OddBird. Reserve a spot for Feb 15 {LGBT special}, Feb 16 or Feb 18.
