We bring you more good news; the Haryana government is considering extending the metro line to improve connectivity between Haryana and Faridabad.
A Direct Metro Route From G-Town To Faridabad? Yes Please!
Gurgaon To Faridabad Minus Switching
We’re very impressed with the Haryana government’s initiatives to improve metro routes for citizens who have to commute to far off places. The last proposal for new routes targeted Dwarka and parts of Haryana, where residents had to rely on non-metered autos and cabs to get around, or switch too many lines. The distance between Gurgaon and Faridabad is pretty cumbersome to cover and the cities are not connected directly via metro.
The proposed line between Sector 45 and Bata Chowk will mostly cover the areas along the Gurgaon-Faridabad Expressway. The only concern for this proposal is whether or not many people would use it, since a lot of the areas around the line are not that densely populated. The Haryana Government is still to take a final call.
So, We're Saying...
We do hope that this proposal materializes and commute between Gurgaon and Faridabad becomes easier. We’ll bring you more updates regarding developments soon.
