Tandoori Chicken, Changhezi Chicken & More: Head To This Hauz Rani Restaurant For Authentic Afghani Food

Afghan Restaurant is located right opposite Max hospital in Hauz Rani. It's a place well-known for their authentic and delicious Afghani food. I had ordered tandoori chicken - and it was absolutely worth it! Also, the spot is quite pocket-friendly too as a half plate of tandoori chicken cost me just INR 200 {exclusive of taxes}.

Plus, there's a catch when you look at their menu. They don't have any bread section here - it's because Khameeri roti is served complimentary with all your mains.

Also, while you wait for your order to get served, you might as well try their special tea.

They don't accept card payments so that's something that they need to change ASAP!

Now, you won't find the typical butter chicken, shahi paneer, and dal makhani here and there will only be a few names which you are familiar with. The spot serves really nice karahi chicken, kebabs, changhezi chicken types which you should be gorging on while you're here.

There's not a lot of parking space available here so try and take a cab.
