I end up oiling my hair every fortnight in the summer, and I've been using Aarohi's apricot oil for the past few months. Absolutely love the product!
I discovered them at Delhi's Blind School Diwali mela last year, and decided to pick up a bottle to try it out. Only got around to using it more recently! I have voluminous but fine hair, and in the summer, I end up washing my hair every 2-3 days... which basically means my hair ends up getting super dry.
I've been using a combination of Aarohi's apricot oil (says for body, but I use it on my hair as well) and Gisou (based out of Netherlands I think; a friend who stays in the US gifted this to me. It's a bit of a cult brand there, apparently!) And the results are excellent! My hair tends to get frizzy and a little wild if not taken care of, and I've had no trouble with it since I started using these products.
Apricot Oil generally has a reputation of being denser & tougher to rinse off. Though I haven't had this issue with Aarohi's oil, I'd generally always recommend to not go over the top while oiling your hair.
Gisou- if you can get your hands on this, you must! It's a honey infused "oil", has more of a texture of a serum. Apply that on the ends of your hair after you're done applying your hair oil.
Keep both on for an hour and wash your hair thereafter! My hair looks 10x healthier, and survives multiple washes over the weeks. Aarohi's hair oil also smells really nice! (I can't stand the smell of coconut oil in my hair, and same with those botanical hair oils. Prefer this one!)
