Enoki- Fresh Asian kitchen is the leading pan Asian cloud kitchen in South Delhi. The situation we all are in has forced all the other outlets to take proper hygienic measures which Enoki had been doing since day one. The team is closely monitoring and adhering to all precautionary measure to ensure the highest level of hygiene across all their outlets which includes wearing gloves and covering their face with a mask and daily temperature check. Enoki stunned the audience at a food fest recently with the concept of flying noodles. Ya, you read it right, Flying noodle is a thing. Also, there is a lot of variety of savoury Asian delicacies to order from. I ordered :-
Prawn and chive Dimsums- These are my go to Dimsums at Enoki, They were perfectly cooked, neither too sticky nor too wet and the prawn filling was particularly succulent with an aroma of chives. These taste the best with the sweet chilli sauce that came complimentary with these.
Chicken and chestnut Dimsums- I tried my hand on these chicken dimsums and, the finest quality of chicken cooked with water chestnuts made me fall in love with this dish at the very first bite. There is an ample amount of taste in each bite that kicks in as soon as it melts in your mouth.
Ebi Tempura sushi- This appetising sushi is my favourite alongside dynamite sushi. Ebi Tempura was crunchy and crusty on the inside, over the prawns and rolled in with sriracha mayo and soft on the outside. It’s topped with crushed edamame and flavourful Japanese mayo. I would highly recommend this to sushi lovers
Also for my main course, I ordered:
Drunken prawns and Kung Pao chicken - Both of these were absolutely delicious. They contained an adequate amount of meat and curry. Also, the ratio was perfect. They were both on piquant dark soy base and mildly spiced with perfectly done protein. To go with this;
Burnt garlic Fried rice and chicken udon noodles- The rice was super garlicky just the way I like and the noodles were savoury. The vegetables in both the rice and noodles were crunchy and tossed in a peppy brown sauce Making it have a rich taste and inexpressibly tempting.
Also, the food is given with several complementary sauces and toppings which makes it all the more irresistible.
