What's Happening?

What’s better than going for a walk under the moonlight while polishing your brain with some astonishing facts about a heritage site as majestic as Qutub Minar? Not a lot of things. Subjected to a lot of controversy, the origins of Qutub Minar is still a mystery, but you can unravel it all at this weekend walk.

Two history and culture enthusiasts, Pryank Wadehra and Ghalib Hussain Khan, are organising this exploration walk on March 14 at the Qutub Minar. Being residents of Delhi, both of them hold expertise on the region and have been hosting workshops and other events on heritage conservation. So, get your curious heads out in the open for an evening full of learning and fun trivia.

How’s the venue?

The walk is being held at the Qutub Minar, which is surrounded by other buildings of historic importance. Bright golden lights magnifying the intricate details of the carvings are sure to arrest your attention at this site. The closest metro metro station to the venue is Qutub Minar metro station on the yellow line.

This is a free event. All you need to do is get yourself registered! Volunteers from other organisations and colleges are also going to be helping out with this walk so, you know where to direct your questions.
