Mental Health Matters: This Fashion Label Seeks To Empower The Mind, Body & Soul

'It's okay to not be okay' - that's what Exhale Label believes in as they strive to spread awareness about mental health through their clothing line.

Founded by Palak Shah, Exhale is a casual wear brand that makes fashionable, easy to wear and super comfortable clothes with the aim to empower the mind, body and soul and encourage people to share their stories and start a conversation around mental health. Designed by Palak herself, each piece is named after the woman who has inspired it. What we also love is that a certain percentage of the proceeds go to organisations working toward mental health. 

The collection includes different kinds of shirts, t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts and sweatpants made of cotton available in basic, minimal designs but, at the same time, making a statement in bold about body shaming and mental illness. I particularly loved The Zoya hoodies, The Annushka asymmetrical shirts as well as The Shilpa long shirts in blue.
