Experience centres are a type of home decor stores where you can experience the product in full effect, in setups that mimic real spaces in the most pleasing way. Furniture and decor stores have been making headway in this way of displaying products at their store so that you get a sense of how they would look at your home. Enough explaining, let us tell you where you can check out these stores in Delhi NCR!

Innovative Lighting Designs Ltd (ILDL)

Head to ILDL for all your lighting needs. They've created beautiful spaces in their studio to mimic places in your home and the pictures are a testament to that. Even their website is super interactive, inclusive of their services, past projects, and partner brands. One of their services also includes doing mock-ups, which means they can install a part of the light on site to see if it's the right choice.

Apartment9

Apartment9 already has a name in the design and furniture space. The studio was founded by Anuja and Mayank Gupta in 2005, who want to curate spaces with a unique aesthetic. Their services include interior design, bespoke furniture, and landscaping. A place for both, architects and homeowners, alike.

If you frequent Dhanmill compound in Chhatarpur, chances are that you've seen this store. It's quite big, actually, and houses furniture pieces that are extremely minimal in design, rich in colours, and high on functionality. You'll find small spaces within the store that replicate office and home, like the kitchen that tempted me to buy their chopping board!

Magppie Sunroof

Revolving around the concept of wellness, Magppie doesn’t consider itself as just another furniture/interior designer company. They believe in creating spaces that encourage well-being and foster good energy. We witnessed what they meant by this at their showing in India Design 2022. The areas they created genuinely made one feel very calm—making this an experience centre you must visit. They specialise in creating sunroofs for indoor spaces, mainly kitchen, wardrobe, and office spaces—these sunroofs mimic natural light in its softest form. Oh, and their clientele includes celebrities like Ranbir Kapoor, MS Dhoni, and businessmen like Sunil Bharti Mittal.

Beyond Designs

Beyond Designs' 8000-square-foot space showcases a series of carefully curated vignettes, all meant to mimic elegant mood settings. The experience centre is a unique walk-through concept, showcasing formal living rooms, dining rooms, bar lounges, bedrooms, study areas, and bathrooms. You'll find luxurious, contemporary, and extremely tastefully curated spaces here.

VO Living

At VO Living, you'll find bespoke furniture pieces, exquisite accessories, and luxe fabrics that are globally sourced. Curated and conceptualised by Priyanka Singh in 2020, VO Living has gained a reputation for its refined designs in only about two years. It has been featured in premium design publications like Architecture + Design.

The interiors of the multi-brand showroom are kept simple and muted to allow complete focus on the furniture, lighting, accessories and wallcoverings. The space is segregated into different zones to feel like walking through a beautifully designed home.

Home Lane

You'll find modular kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms and more at Home Lane. They have a two-storey building in Gurgaon and to save on time you can just look at their designs online and easily book a design session for what you like. Their expert services also help you design small spaces with space-saving furniture. Learn more about it here.

Scala Homes

The luxurious experience centre is solely dedicated to furniture and lighting. You'll find a blend of industrial-style and modern finesse. The store's about 5000 sqft and features display units for furnishings and lights for every room of a home, as well as for outdoors and offices.
