Winning For

Dhaba has always served great food, and this menu just ups the highway-dhaba appeal. The food offerings are great {there are some phenomenal ones}, and make for a perfect break from your usual food in the city.

Mix N' Match

Dhaba has been around for 30 years, having been a consistent go-to for many. The desi decor helps transport you a highway dhaba-style experience, while keeping the fancy hotel-style dining in place.

One can spot a mix of modern and desi elements spread across the restaurant {like the Einstein bulb fans}, but what really wins here are the old Hindi songs; a refreshing change from the usual EDM and party hits currently playing in the rest of the city.

For their 30th anniversary celebrations, Dhaba has introduced a special menu inspired by GT Road {the biggest highway in the country}. The menu is in its third phase right now, bringing us the flavours from Delhi to Amritsar.

The menu is a mix of delightful meat and veggie offerings, and almost everything they have on it is amazing. We tried a bit of everything, and our favourites were the Meat Beli Ram, Tawa Machhli and Lawrence Road Ke Tikke. Those who love their balti meat can still opt for the usual options, but we recommend giving this menu a try.

There is nothing new in the drinks section, but the Kullar Di Meethi Lassi, Aam Sutra and Anarkali are perfect pairings for the meal.

So, We’re Thinking…

Whether you’re a fan of Dhaba or just someone who craves for dhaba-style food, this is for you. Meals here come in substantial portions, and don’t really cost a bomb, too {and they have amazing white butter too!}.
