They tackle various mental health issues through improv exercises such as "yes and" that allow you to expand your comfort zone and help you mitigate your internal insecurities/limitations.
It's a fun experience on weekends and a great way to make new friends. Also, if you aren't comfortable on stage, you could just participate as audience in the beginning. Once you are ready, you are always welcome to join in the fun.
