Fabindia recently opened 4 cafes in Delhi NCR.
They opened in Vasant Kunj, Lajpat Nagar, Aerocity and sector 29 Gurugram.
We went to the Aerocity outlet and were amazed by the simple yet classy interiors and the vibe of the place. They serve some amazing smoothies, shakes and teas. The food menu is mainly Indian and prepared with organic ingredients.

Idlis with tomato coconut chutney and sambhar
Parsi chicken Dhansak
Mango and cardamom Ice cream
Smoothie bowl: you can choose any smoothie in the menu and they add muesli and fresh fruits to it.
I choose berries and It tastes great.
A must try for everyone. Healthy and filling.
Idlis with tomato coconut chutney and sambhar: They were mini idlis served with gun powder, tomato chutney, coconut chutney, Desi ghee, and sambhar. Idlis we're soft and sambhar was perfectly made. Overall an amazing dish.
Parsi Chicken Dhansak: This was my favourite. Chicken cooked with lentils and vegetables served with multigrain parantha, and three different pickles. The chicken gravy was Rich, full of flavours and light on the stomach. One of the best chicken dish I had.
Mango and cardamom Ice cream: ice cream made in-house with natural ingredients and a hint of cardamom. Healthy and Heavenly.
Overall Fab cafe was a brilliant experience with a wonderfully curated menu.
