I recently discovered Aragula & Co from a "live shopping" zoom session (don't ask! But it was awesome!) and ended up picking them up from a local specialist grocer (Nature's Soul in Delhi.)
Given how hot it's getting- and given I have had no time (or interest) in exercising- I've been switching to salads and cold meals; and for a recent green salad dressing, we tried Aragula & Co's balsamic and olive oil variant.
The product is fantastic! It has a dollop of mustard in it, and a peppery after taste. It's a little salty, like most balsamic dressings, so be careful of how much you add to your salad. For the portion on the plate (pictured) I added 1-1.5 teaspoons which was more than enough.
Though the company's Bombay based, I think they're available on a few marketplaces and specialty grocery stores.
If, like me, you're a lazy chef and like to whip stuff together without having to refer to recipe blogs, I'd recommend these guys. From what I saw, they have a bunch of other variants (there's a wasabi one I'm excited to try next!)
