I love south Indian food and one restaurant that always comes to my mind is Sagar Ratna.😛
Things that I love most about Sagar Ratna is that they keep their authenticity even when they try to make a new kind of dish or try to make any fusion dish.
So yesterday I tried their cheese dosa. Yes, you heard me right. Dosa stuffed with melting cheese and crunchy veggies. Tasted very close to pizza. So if you are a pizza lover this dosa is a must try😍
Next dosa that I ordered was the Chettinad dosa. Some authentic Chettinad slices were used in this dosa and it was served with some special kind of mashed potatoes which tasted really good.
At last, I ordered the dessert called Rava Kesari. Which is just like our north Indian's Suji ka halwa. But at this place, they used cloves to make it a tad bit different.
