Green Park’s Oriental food newbie, Feng Shuii is a welcome change from the usual slew of Chinjabi restaurants that are taking the city by a storm. The dishes are authentic and the vibe is a total winner for everyone staying or working around the market.

You Win Some You Dim Sum
The un-innovatively named Honey Chilli Potato was a great upgrade from the red-coloured monstrosities we’ve been ordering from Chinese joints close to office. The Mushroom and Cheese Dim Sums and the Spinach and Water Chestnut ones were both delectable with their paper-thin covering and perfectly-spiced fillings.
The carnivore in our midst was happy with the chicken satay too. Lamb Rendang paired with steamed rice and the Assorted Greens, however, were clear winners of the evening.
We’ve heard good things about the Punjabi Tadka Noodles but we chose the no-fuss hakka noodles instead {we did everything to keep the Chinjabi ghost at bay}. Suffice to say, we left on a happy, satiated stomach.
It’s A Glass Act
Yes, the food’s delightful but we’d like to put in a word about the ambience. The two floors are completely different in character – the lower floor is more cafe-like while upstairs is kind of lounge-y with a water flowing over the glass ceiling and the DJ playing mean tunes. Take a pick based on how you’re feeling.
So, We’re Saying...
We’re loving that Green Park’s progressed from being a daily needs and evening tikkas market to a trusted place for casual dinners where we can kick back with music, watch the IPL or just engage in a dim sum-eating competition with bae.
