If you’ve been looking for the perfect place for a romantic date night, FIO Country Kitchen and Bar at the Garden of Five Senses would be a perfect fit with its pretty decor, even better cocktails and the amazing food.

An Ambience To Remember

Picture walking into a courtyard full of lush, green trees. You see a table for your significant other and yourself, which has been decorated with beautiful flowers that go very well with the dim-light of the lamps that surround you. A pristine, white lawn umbrella adds to that feeling of love in the air, and the colourful cushions signal the kind of romantic and laid-back evening you’re going to spend with each other. That, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly the kind of warm, mushy setting that will welcome you when you take your date to FIO Country Kitchen and Bar. Let’s just say that if you’ve been looking for a place that is pretty, romantic and tried-and-tested, your search pretty much ends here.

Drinks, Dinner & The Perfect Date

FIO at The Garden Of Five Senses does not disappoint with their food and drinks menu. The cocktails are perfect for getting tipsy on before you start on the food. In terms of cocktails, it’s nice that they’ve played around with different flavours and tastes which come together easily, and promise a great evening. From Settling Tea {green tea with vodka, anyone?} to Vanilla Grey Hound {gin with mint and vanilla? Hells, yes!}, it would be hard to pick a favourite. You can opt for a pitcher of your favorite drink if you both are in the mood to get more than just a little tipsy. And that’s just the cocktails. If you’re not the kind of person who likes their drink with mixers, you’re still going to be highly impressed with the variety on their bar menu that has all kinds of alcohol from multiple brands.

Cuisine-wise, they serve Indian, European and Italian food. Everything on the menu tastes fairly great, but we swear by the Italian options. The creamiest hand-made pastas and the perfectly crispy, wood-fired pizzas are dishes you’re going to crave even much after you leave the place. However, if you crave something Indian, go ahead with the non-veg platter {Amritsari murgh tikka, Kabuli seekh, Malabar chicken tikka and lemon fish tikka!} which is full of typical, Indian flavours and is also super-filling. In case you’re still confused about what to order, you can rely on their ‘must-haves’ that are mentioned right on the menu. You’re not going to be disappointed!

So, We're Saying...

Finding a place that doesn’t just have a great menu, but also the right kind of romantic ambiance can be tough, but FIO Country Kitchen and Bar is perfect for dinner, drinks and a super date.
