Assam Track Mind is a culinary experience wherein you get to learn about Assamese food, culture and even its tourism. You’ll be treated to a 6-course Assamese meal and enjoy a mini cooking class on how to make different dishes.

You’ll learn more about the state of Assam, its culinary roots and background, and the kind of fresh produce that grows there. After all the food talk {which is bound to get you famished}, you’ll be treated to a 6-course lunch with the most loved Assamese dishes. There’s also going to be savoury mocktails to go with it!

You’ll also learn how seasonal ingredients like raw papaya, banana ash, eggplant, spring onions, curry leaves, gourds and meat are cooked in different ways that delight the tastebuds. The whole experience will be hosted by Plavaneeta, who’s a food writer {for almost a decade}, so you can be sure that you’re in the right hands and surrounded by amazing food.
