This thela is located on a pavement near Pakwan Restaurant in Tilak Nagar and has been there for more than 20 years for sure! The locals love it but due to where it's located not many marketers know about it or the owner would've made a fortune by now!

It serves Tikki Chhole, Tikki burger with Chhole & Chutneys and Vada Pav with two special chutneys which are unique in taste!
