Watch A Political Drama Unfold In This New Play At The Black Box, Okhla

Black Box Okhla (BBO) is starting its new season of performances with a brand-new play called 'For the Record' this September. The play has been directed by Nikhil Mehta of BBO and has young theatre practitioners like Dhwani Vij, Neel Sengupta, Niharika Lyra Dutt, and Prashant Prakash in its cast.

For the Record revolves around the tribunal meetings set up to choose three artefacts that represent India to the world and involves political commentary on the current state of affairs in India. The play will be held on both the remaining weekends of September.

Black Box Okhla is an arts initiative that holds performances, workshops, and conversations across multiple art forms. The stage setup for the play will be intimate with the audience sitting on three sides.
