Tucked away in the South Point mall on the Golf Course Road, is Brick N Bean Cafe. From what appears to be a little cafe from the outside, emerges to be an impressive culinary affaire on the inside. I usually never order salads (much to my BMI's chagrin) but the Smoked Salmon and Grilled Asparagus Salad at BnB made me think otherwise. The poached egg on the top and salmon on the side make a very coy case for a salad.
Coming to the pizzas, both Pepperoni Pizza and Greek Pizza were perfect but personally, I liked the Greek Pizza better because of a dash of a green sauce which in all probability is a secret ingredient.
The Spinach and Ricotta Tortellini was quite flavorful and clearly at par with the Chicken and Olive Spiedini. The Grilled Pork Chops were served with the usual mashed potatoes but Bnb has used ratatouille to enhance the charred delicacy.
What really stole the show at Brick N Bean was the seafood. The Manhattan Crab Cakes and the Lobster Thermidor were sublime. The former's texture was extremely tender while the lobster's sauce was an absolute game changer.
