5 Shades Of Life
5 Shades Of Life is just that – five different people with five different stories. The first, Aaina, is about Zorawar Singh, a middle class man who is frustrated with society’s double standards and decided to show it a mirror. The second, Destiny’s Revenge, is about Joe Baptist, a serial killer. It’s in the form of a monologue and much darker than the first. The third, Megha Re, is the story of – you guessed it – Megha. She’s a mother, a lover, a daughter… But, most importantly, she’s a woman. The fourth, Raman’s good, is about Raman. Just like a coin, every human has two sides, the good and the bad, and this is a showing of both. The fifth, and the last, is Itihaas – a step back in time, and more specifically 1757 and tells the story of Battle of Plassey through two commoners.
A discussion with your date about which one of the stories you loved best once the play is over? Yes, please!
