Walking into the tiny lanes of Majnu-ka-tilla,one can follow the authentic aroma of coffee to locate Ama Cafe. The ambience is so calm and the Tibetan decor adds to its beauty. Once inside,once can decide to either sit inside and watch as the barista makes your coffee or sit outside and enjoy the view of the Tibetan Refugee Colony.
Drinks,mostly warm are famous here. From Caramel Cappuccino to Hazelnut creamed latte,everything looks,sounds and tastes delicious.
The shakes are thick and heavy yet,lattes steal the show. But what Ama cafe is truly famous for is desserts. Banoffee pie, Red velvet cake, Chocolate Bum,Tiramisu name it and they have this piece of beauty at very cheap prices.
Often the hanging out of place of many North campus students, this place is a gem on its own.
My personal favorite is the Chocolate bum,which melts instantly inside your mouth and leaves a coconut-y aftertaste.
Recently, they have started their breakfast menu and after 12pm dishes. Bacon fans! Don't forget to try Bacon cheese fries, probably the best in town.

Locating Ama cafe might be a little bit difficult for a newbie,use google maps or ask some humble person,everyone knows the place.

Carry a book along,if you are alone. You can sit there as long as you want regarded you order something and finish up your work. A dream workplace to be precise.
