Take your pick from an array for starters from Dimsums, Japanese and more desi dishes. We tried Spicy Chicken Dimsum and Spinach Golden Garlic Dimsum and absolutely loved them. If you want Indian, take your pick from Tawa Tadka Paneer, Goan Potato Chips, Lehsuni Murgh Tikka and more. If you’re going for something that’s a little more light on your stomach, their soups and salads won’t disappoint.

Special mention for the Khow Suey Live Station - it lets you pick and choose exactly how you want. Follow up that bowl of suey with their mouth-watering Carved Roasted Lamb. Right next to it, you’ll spot their live seafood station. From Vietnam sole celery ginger, river sole chilli garlic and Mackerel to Cancilla or Ladyfish - the options are many.
Love some red meat? Head to their live red meat station and choose your choice of meat, veggies to go with it and some sides. Sit back and let the chefs do their magic. They’ve also got an uber cool Teppanyaki Station where you can either go for your choice of noodles or fried dim sums.
Don’t stress over what to choose for mains, try it all. From Indian curries to pastas in every style with any sauce and add-ons of your choice, you can pick from their selection or customise your own. Spoilt for choice? Check out the South India and Thai counter for everything from sambar and dosa to Goan meen curry and Gosht Dum Biryani.
This was our favourite part (of course). They don’t just have a dessert counter but their bakery is also now right next to the stations instead of hiding back in the kitchens. We tried Chawal Kesar ki Kheer from the Indian Dessert selection and Tiramisu, Lemon Meringue Tart and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Our meal couldn’t have ended on a better note.
Love your wine? SET’Z has a curated a walk-in wine cellar that holds over 1,600 bottles of selected fine wine from around the world. Pair your meal with a glass of wine or your choice of coffee.
