We're Digging Fusion Bistro For Their European Food And Ambience

Fusion is a new bistro in Kailash Colony that does European food right. They serve Mediterranean, Italian as well as north Indian dishes.

The place has beautiful decor and is made to look like a Spanish cafe. We love the whole get up: Two floors; the first with proper bistro setting and the second one with a cafe and bar.

We tried the Banana Calypso which is great. In fact, we really liked most of their mocktails. The grilled tiger prawns made for messy eating, but they taste good enough to not care about dirty hands. We even tried the mezze platter but were disappointed, and finished off with a Creme Brulee.

They have a variety of cuisines on offer, but they are predominantly European, which is a welcome break, and a great concept, we think.

Fusion has presented it’s own take on European food and built their whole bistro around the food rather than the other way round. The next time you’re strolling about Kailash Colony or GK, check them out. The ambience and the food won’t disappoint at all.
