The Delhi Police and The Ladli Foundation is hosting a half marathon for gender equality and to stop crimes against women.

Who Is It For?
Anyone who feels passionately about gender equality, and marathons. Participating in the run is a great initiative towards increasing awareness about the gender equality. The organisers have also got 1,500 unemployed boys to run for the event, to involve and inspire men, too, to oppose any acts of injustice against women.
Why Should I Go For It?
If you like participating in marathons, this is one you should definitely go for. It’s also for a good cause, and the more the participation it gets, the better. The run has categories of 21.1 kms, 11 km & 5 kms along with a 2.5 km walkathon. The first 15 winners are to get cash prizes and trophies. The winner of the 21.1 km marathon is to get a whopping prize of INR 1,00,000.
