Lakme Eyeconic Curling Mascara
When we told our team this was the best-selling product on Nykaa, most of the women stared at us. Not in surprise, but as if to say DUH! Why? Because about 60% of them used this exact product! Available in a lovely bright Royal Blue, and black, this one not only curls the lashes gently but also adds volumes. So, those of you not blessed with doe eyes and lashes, these add great definition to the eyes.
Why We Got It: This one adds volume and smoothly so. It’s not lumpy at all. It also comes off easily when you wipe it off but doesn’t smudge in the rain or when you cry.

Nykaa Prep Me Up! Face Primer
A good matte primer, this one is great for daily use. It’s priced at just INR 549 so you don’t even mind using it daily! It’s light, blends well and any makeup including foundation doesn’t look cakey on you. While they say it’s for all skin types, it does work best for oily skin, we found.
Why We Got It: It’s light and not thick and creamy. Plus, it has Vitamin E that is supposed to be good for the skin, and makes it healthier.

Anomaly Hydrating Shampoo
While we're not one to jump on brands or trends for a celebrity name, this product from Priyanka Chopra's range stood out. Aloe and coconut oil work well to revive dull and dry hair. It's also cruelty-free, gluten-free, and contains no sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicones, mineral oil, or dyes!
Why We Got It: We made a whole video about it, check it out here.

LANEIGE Water Sleeping Mask
A hydrating sleep mask by Laneige, this water-based product promises to hydrate your skin and leave it soft and supple in the morning. Mildly scented, light, and ultra-hydrating, the mask has ingredients like extracts from primrose root, apricot (that helps maintain skin elasticity) and quinoa among other things. Users confirm that it works as advertised, and despite the high cost for the quantity, have come back to buy more! This seems to work for all skin types.
Why We Want It: To get started on regularly hydrating skin in our 20s so we don’t stress in our 30s, and because water-based masks feel like a mini spa session at the end of a long day.
Rating: 4.6/5 of 5641 ratings
Pro-Tip: At the time of publishing this list, the product was out of stock. If you want to get a taste of what the brand offers, try out their even more popular and highly rated sleeping lip mask (one of Pooja Dhingra's fav skincare products too we're told). But if you really want to hydrate the skin on your face, then you can’t go wrong with Neutrogena’s Hydroboost Boost Water Gel.
L'Oreal Paris Paris Revitalift Hyaluronic Acid Serum
We have not used this, but there must be some reason this one is the #1 face serum in the world. With anti-ageing properties thanks to hyaluronic acid, this one not only moisturises but also helps restore hydration in the skin. This face serum is paraben-free, fragrance-free and alcohol-free, so is good even for sensitive skin.
What We Want It: Well, it is the #1 serum in the world

e.l.f. Cosmetics Bite Size Eyeshadow
We have used multiple products from e.l.f. and none have disappointed so far. This eyeshadow palette is available at an unbelievable price and has four different shades. Berry Bad is our favourite variant as it can easily create everyday as well as festive looks.
Why We Got It: The travel size packaging, matte and shimmer shades in one, and of course, the pigmented, buildable and blendable formula.

theBalm Bahama Mama Bronzer
Not a shocker, this has remained a cult favourite in the beauty industry for far too long and doesn’t require an introduction. If you've just started bronzing, then there is no better pick than the Bahama Mama. It has orange undertones and gives a natural sun-kissed look.
Why We Got It: It's multipurpose, the colour can work as an eyeshadow base, neutral brow-filler and even contouring.

MCaffeine Exfoliating Coffee Body Scrub for Tan Removal
Coffee scrubs are super popular these days thanks to the brightening effects of caffeine. Mcaffiene’s body scrub has actual pieces of coffee (no microplastics, yay!) that scrub away dead skin. Smelling like divine coffee, and leaving your skin smooth and bright, this one can also be used as a light tan remover. For those days you need an indulgent yet refreshing bath where you feel like a new person once you’re done, this is the body scrub for you. Follow this with a heavy moisturiser to keep your skin supple.
Why We Got It: Because it’s vegan, natural, and smells like coffee making it indulgent and leaving our skin feeling soft.
Rating: 4.6/5 of 41039 ratings
Pro-Tip: As the coffee grounds are coarse, avoid using this on your face.
Rimmel London Exaggerate Eye Definer
Rimmel offers a budget-friendly, long-lasting, and diverse product range, budgets, and for any type of look. This kohl comes in an easy roll-up applicator and is highly pigmented, long-lasting (at least 12 hours if you don’t touch your eyes), waterproof, and still comes off without too much struggle with makeup remover or a cleansing balm.
Why We Got It: It lasts through the day (and sometimes night), glides like a dream during the application, and lasts at least 5 months even if used regularly.

Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry Touch Sunblock SPF 50+
Sunblock is every beauty girl’s must-have product, and honestly should be in everyone's skincare regime. Preventing sun and UV related damage is half the skincare battle. The Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry-Touch Sunblock is a bestseller and a personal recommendation thanks to its quickly absorbed formulation and non-greasy finish. Easily spreadable, barely scented, and 50+ SPF makes it a foolproof choice for sun protection. This doesn’t aggravate acne or make your oily skin worse. The sunblock also doesn’t leave any white cast, and significantly reduces the potential for getting badly tanned.
Why We Got It: It works well on our oily skin, and doesn’t dry out our skin.

Sally Hansen Miracle Gel
I have a hard time finding good nail polish unless it's ridiculously expensive, so I was super happy to find the Sally Hansen Miracle gel that has patented technology for long-wear. It's chip resistant and already in my cart.
Why We Got It: It's almost 15 ml of product, which is a relatively reasonable amount for nail polish as most are only 7-10 ml. Plus, there are always discounts going on.

M.A.C Lipstick - Ruby Woo
Okay we saved the best (and only out of budget) option for last! If it’s lipstick, it has to be Ruby Woo! Be it the regular or the mini, not only does every second lady have this on her list of favourite lipsticks but somehow it looks stunning on all women! The matte finish really adds that sexy look, while the retro matte has no sheen. For the glossy look, pick the Satin finish.
Why We Got It: Well, not only do we love it, but we love it extra because it’s approved and worn by Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Gwen Stefani, Janet Jackson, Angelina Jolie…shall we go on?

Tresemme Keratin Smooth With Argan Oil Shampoo
My favourite shampoo since I discovered it, clearly many people think like I do. It comes in many sizes, starting at a mini 85ml to a giant 1 litre one, and I highly recommend that massive one as it lasts a good three months, with about 3 washes a week. With Keratin and Argan oil in this, I genuinely find this one to be smoothening, albeit it doesn’t work miracles by suddenly straightening curly hair!
Why We Got It: It really does work on most kinds of hair, and despite swimming twice a wear, the keratin and Argan seem to work to keep the tresses smooth.

Mario Badescu Body Wash
We've learned now that exfoliating our skin is essential. While we do make efforts to follow a routine for our face, our body is often neglected. This body wash works as an exfoliator but still stays fit for daily use. Users rave about the product, claiming it to be one of the best body washes available in the market right now.
Why We Want It: To say bye to ingrown hair and strawberry legs!
