Another weekend and this time we have a FREE pole fitness workshop planned for you all. An exciting alternative to traditional gyms, pole fitness and pole art is a fun way of developing core strength and helps you push your body beyond limits. The workshop will be conducted by Vesna Jacob, a holistic fitness expert who has been teaching pilates for around 17 years in India, and Tania Sudan, who is a pole dance trainer and takes classes alongside Vesna.
The workshop is open to WOMEN ONLY. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Participants will get to learn beginner moves around and on the pole at the workshop and it'll cover the three different aspects to pole: athletic, exotic, and art.
