So today I will tell you about a place In Kanpur that serves 2 states together in one plate i.e. Rajasthan and Bihar
Yes, you heard it right there is a stall near Kanpur university gate with name Sahu ji dal bati and bati chokha wale . He serves dal bati and chokha all together in one plate which helps you get the taste of two states together in a single plate.
So this started with a message of one my follower (mommy_gangakinarewali) who told me about this authentic place, so I thought of visiting this place and grasp some knowledge about it. when I went there and saw that he’s serving dal batti and batti churma together, I found it quite interesting.
In conversation with Munna Lal Sahu Ji (stall owner)
I was having a conversation with him when he told me that he was serving the university for the last 30 years, as he started his business by selling chana in hostels when he was in class 6, after that he switched to a fruit chaat stall in that same university and received a good response.
In 2004 he opened the stall of dal batti and batti chokha stall outside university gate with one of his relative but his relative left him at the starting stage of the journey because the initial day of the start-up did not receive the expected response from the students.
But this man did not lose any hope he was determined and confident about his work and taste and utilizing all his energy and the knowledge of taste, after some time his effort replied his authentication got a proper response.
So when I asked him form where did he learn these amazing skills he told me in very simple way that “ki beta jindagi me ek samae ata hai jab bhagwan ko kuch dena hota hai” he added one more thing “agar ap kisi chij ko pure dil se banao to vo achi hi banti hai, agar kuch karne se phele hi ap paise ke bare me sochne lage toh ap apne lakshya se bhatak jaoge” after listening all this I felt very motivated and learnt very new things related to life.
As I always said "हर जगह कहानियां चूपी हुई है बस हमें अपनी सही कहानी धुंदनी है"
