A bed of fresh, tasty, and hydroponically grown leafy greens, some roasted seeds, and an olive oil-based dressing combine to make the salad base boxes from Go Daily Greens a healthy and much-recommended affair.
We had the privilege of trying two boxes from them recently. The leafy greens we got were green batavia, red oakleaf, green oakleaf, and romaine, with an assortment of flax, melon, sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, while the dressings were honey mustard and a balsamic vinaigrette. The quantity of greens (100g) was more than enough and since it was plucked that very day, it tasted very very fresh. A little rejuvenating, perhaps. The seeds were of top-quality too while the dressings, though good, could do with a little more depth of flavour. No major complaints, honestly.
While we had the salad base as it is, one could even add some protein to it to make it a full meal or add the greens to your curries and make them more flavourful.
