Circus is probably South Ex’s most interesting restaurant, and they have a bunch of offerings that might remind you of your favourite street food stall. Palak Patta Chaat is one of them, and even though you might tend to miss it because of the ‘palak’ in it, we highly recommend that you don’t.

Eat What?

When we think of stepping out and experiencing something interesting, palak never really makes it to the top choices. Chaat, on the other hand, is always welcome {being a Delhiite, you kinda always crave some}.

The Palak Patta Chaat takes both these elements and brings them together to create something which is just phenomenal. The crispy palak leaves are a healthy replacement to the paapdi, and the chutney and dahi combo really turn it something that you’d love to order again.

This dish works best with Circus’s Masala Gang variants {drinks that use flavours like anardana, imli and ram laddu mixed with vodka}, all of which are already our new favourite chakhna.

Pair It With

Have this with their Andhra mutton pau for the right mix of tangy, sweet and spicy.
