Ideal for kids between one – seven years, Going Bananas is a big and cheerful play centre to keep kids engaged for a couple of hours.
Considering Going Bananas is right next to the outlet of Another Fine Day cafe (connected by a door), you can take a book or your work and do your own thing while your little one has a monkey of a time at this play centre. There’s a glass window wall that allows you to be a part of the scene without having to chase baby through tunnels and mazes and it’s a great vantage point for candid pics of your kid(s) at play.
Starting at INR 500 an hour and INR 800 for two hours, Going Bananas offers a large, happy play space for kids in the middle of a mini-mall. They have chaperone ‘didis’ in case you need to do a spot of grocery shopping, pop in for a quick haircut or shop a bit. Being a soft play centre, it is super safe with an adorable carousel as you enter, a tunnel maze, a ball pool and about 20 different activities to keep kids busy.
Since there is a height limit for the kids that can play here, they won’t be any grown-up ones like at a condo park or other commercial play areas. They don’t have sit-down games since this is a place for kids to run free and burn all that excess energy, after which they can join you at the café for a round of pancakes!
The next time you’re at South Point Mall, your kids don’t have to be bogged down by all the chores and shopping you have scheduled, just let them go bananas.
