Goli Vada Pav No. 1 is doing a stellar job at serving simple yet comforting vada pav and, considering the constant Mumbai versus Delhi battle, we’re glad that this Mumbai-headquartered franchise is sharing its favourite street food with us.

We were lucky to come across Goli’s on a day that was overshadowed by short spells of rain – a serving of their hot vada pav, with a steaming cup of masala chai, makes for a soul-satisfying experience.

Goli Vada Pav No. 1 has its outlets in Noida, Malviya Nagar, Gurgaon and Vikaspuri {to name a few}. It is a quick service, take away joint that serves some of the most decadent and fluffy vada pavs you’ll eat in Delhi.

If you’re expecting an authentic ‘Mumbai-style’ variety at Goli’s, then you may be slightly disappointed because their version of the desi burger is modernized. The Classic Pav available here is the closest you’ll get to the real deal, and it is savoury, light and leaves a delightful tamarind aftertaste. We also tried the Maharaja Pav that was buttery, relatively less spicy and oozing goodness {& mayo}.

At Goli Vada Pav, you’ll be spoilt for choice as they have a variety of vada pavs such as Masala, Paneer Supreme, Veg Keema, Schezwan etc. along with sides like Sabudana Vada, Crispy Choco Bites, rolls and more.

Priced at nominal rates, Goli Vada Pav can be the quick-fix solution to all your mid-day hunger pangs. Plus, the monsoons are almost here and there’s no better time to feast on these decadent vada pavs than right now! We’re definitely coming back for seconds.
