I recently got in touch with him for custom dhurries (pictured), and the whole coordination from colours to size to design to finish, all was done on WhatsApp and over calls.
Best way to make this work is to share references; I did the same, and it made the whole process much easier.
Be as specific as you can so there's no deviation! His workmanship is fantastic, and given how well my 1st purchase from him has lasted despite having 2 crazy dogs in the house, I can vouch for the quality of his work.

- balance payment before shipping
- he adds shipping charges from Mirzapur (where he's based) to Delhi (based on weight).
- the whole process of making the carpets is shared on WhatsApp by him. He's been super diligent!
- shipping partner is Gati, so you'll get your order in solid shape and in time. The order was well packaged.
He's super affordable in my opinion- 2 dhurries, 6ft X 2.5ft, both custom, at probably 60% of the cost as what id get from a larger store.
