I found Red Dragon noodles randomly in a grocery store and they have become my go-to for every time I crave home-made noodles. Their Soba noodles are made of buckwheat and are great for salads, the Udon variant tastes absolutely delicious in a soup or a stir-fry. And the Whole Wheat noodles are a great healthy replacement of egg noodles for your regular home-made chowmein.
The company that makes these noodles is based right here in the city and has a really charming story of how it got started, and it's Tibetan roots. Being locally made also make them very normally priced; these noodles are more reasonably priced than the imported varieties.
