The Shambala Cafe is not the easiest place to find, being in the back of a jewellery store, but it's worth searching for. It has low tables and comfortable floor seating with lots of pillows scattered around. There are large wall hangings of Indian gods, giving it a very cool and retro 60's look, and there is often soft Indian music playing in the background. The service is always friendly, and the Spanish omelette is a special treat if you don't want to try the Indian food. There is a great view of the Ganga River to complete the scene, so it is a great place to relax for a an hour or two.
