Honk, the Pan Asian restaurant of Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, is hosting an Indonesian Food Festival till Sunday, December 9, 2018. They have flown in Chef Hary Haryadi from Pullman Jakarta Indonesia to prepare the palatable dishes.
They have a wide range of delicacies on the menu including the Urap Campur; Japanese steamed vegetables with grated coconut, Mie Goreng Jawa, famous Japanese fried noodle with egg, and Tahu Telur Surabaya.
We ordered the Peanut Sauce Chicken Satay, Coconut milk-based Prawn Soup, Lamb Rendang, Mie Goreng Jawa, Palu Butung; a South Sulawesi rolled, and Banana Coconut Milk Red Simple Syrup to end the meal on a perfectly sweet note.
We loved the Prawn Soup which tasted heavenly and felt like a warm hug on a cold winter night.
