Minus 30 ice-creams are the ideal treat to combat this heat.

Preah Narang set out to make nutritious ice-creams for her kids that were as fresh and healthy as possible, without compromising on taste and voila – that is EXACTLY what she achieved.

She first developed the chocolate variant to perfection, and then started using fresh seasonal fruit to create even more magic. The range now includes {with super cute healthy names} Fitbit Chocolate, Lemon Lunges, Banana Boost, Crosstrain Coffee and Vanilla Viper.

The flavours are sophisticated and balanced. The chocolate is bitter and sweet, the lemon is tart but not spasm causing, and the Crosstrain Coffee is simply divine.

I am on the fence {in life} about whether you really can have it all. Satisfying indulgence and health in this case. While each bite has oodles of flavour, it is not followed by the rich creamy slow slippage into an ice-cream induced food coma. Minus 30 contains all the goodness of ice-cream minus {hahaha} all the badness {artificial flavours, stabilisers and emulsifiers}.

You can now order online here.

If you haven’t already figured – fun random fact of the day, Minus 30 is the temperature at which most ice creams freeze.

Rupali is an unapologetic foodie with a vocabulary to match. She has a 'unique' sense of humour and you can never be sure what the voices in her head are whispering while you have a perfectly pleasant meal with her. She also claims to be shy {if you see her out in public, go say 'hi!'} Her business card says Graphic Designer and she runs her own firm - there is also, unsurprisingly, 'healthy junk food' all over her office so help yourself when you're there!
