What Makes It Awesome?

Last weekend, I went to Hema’s south Indian workshop. They taught us how to make Beetroot chutney, Malabari fish curry, chicken Chettinad dry and plain & egg appam.

BEETROOT CHUTNEY
It was tasty, healthy and had an attractive colour. You can have it with appam, dosa etc.

MALABARI FISH CURRY:
Malabari fish curry is a traditional dish in Kerala. It was delicious and yummy.

CHICKEN CHETTINAD DRY:
One of the most popular dishes in Kerala. It was spicy with a blend of flavour. You can have it with rice and chapati

PLAIN & EGG APPAM:
It was soft and crispy. You can have it at breakfast.

It was a great experience to learn about south India food. Thanks to Hema Ji, she taught us so much about south India food. Have a wonderful experience with her.
