Henry Havaldar won’t put you behind bars but will definitely set the bar high for good food. What makes it interesting is that it was started by an army man, Harpal Singh aka Henry Havaldar, who has lived in many parts of the country during his 20 years of service. Together with his wife Kitty Kaur, he started this food delivery joint out of their love for regional Indian food from across the country.
The inspiration behind the place is the belief that we as Indians share a joint desi identity, and our tastes are varied and inclusive, especially when it comes to food. A Punjabi can crave a good Bengali fish just as easily as Butter Chicken, and so this cloud kitchen with a diverse vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu brings India to your plate.
