Chawri Bazaar

What Makes It Awesome

Introducing food walk curated using Lbbdelhincr recommendations, we discover CHAWRI BAZAR.

Chawri Bazar is a true hidden gem of Old Delhi. Established in 1840 as a hardware market, Chawri bazar thrives to be home to some of the best ‘wedding card’ shops, stationery shops, brass and copper market, old havelis, and some of the most signature food items of Old Delhi. It is widely accepted that most of the celebrity weddings in India have their ‘kulfi and fruit chaats catered by the 100+ year old shops of Chawri bazar.

Ideally located on the west of Jama Masjid, it is now easily accessible via the Chawri Bazar metro station on the yellow line.

As part of this ‘Hidden scenes’ series, we will take you on a walk with LBB to discover these gems and savor some of the food items enjoyed at the wedding of the Bachchan’s and Ambanis!

Join us on 16th September for the ‘Hidden Scenes’ Food walk by More Than Just Curry. To book, click https://lbb.in/delhi/join-us-discover-chawri-bazaar/?ref=lbbpost
