What We Know
A popular chain with multiple outlets in and around Hyderabad, this bright kiosk is their first venture in the NCR region. Right from their chocolate sauce to brownies, everything is made in-house.
The Verdict
As we ordered our Banoffee Freeze and Rum Baba, we were rather distracted by the pounding—this is their unique style of preparing the sundaes. They add ingredients, in our case chopped rum balls and chocolate rum fudge sauce, and beat the ice cream on a cold stone for three – four minutes.
While we were amused with the entire process, we wondered how effective the beating and pounding would be. But one bite, and all our doubts dispersed. Every bite of Rum Baba reminded us of good ol’ Old Monk; we’ll definitely come back for this. The Banoffee Freeze was a tad sweet for our liking, but the flavours were yum, nevertheless.
Portion Control? Nah!
They serve very generous portions, so one sundae should be enough for two people. Also, if you eat it at a verryyy leisurely pace, you’ll find yourself with a milkshake in your cup, so we suggest that you devour it quick {but the milky shake isn’t bad either}! We’re eager to try their thick shakes on our next visit.
