As September rolls in, it's time to honour the heroes of housekeeping. Every year, the second week of September is celebrated as International Housekeeping Week dedicated to the remarkable housekeeping staff, and this year Hilton India proudly presents ‘#YouAreTheSparkleAndShine’, a campaign that aims to recognise and honour housekeeping professionals. From Conrad to Hilton Hotels and Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn, a stay at any of the Hilton hotels across the country has one thing in common–the incredibly dedicated housekeeping staff who goes the extra mile to delight the guests.
Here are just a few examples of the team providing exceptional service to the guests with their thoughtful personal touch and attention to detail. Abhishek Das, Housekeeping Executive at Hilton Goa Resort noticed a guest struggling to manage her infant. Not only did he offer them assistance, he also pulled up videos and games on his phone to engage the baby and offer the parents some respite. He further decorated the room according to the baby's preferences as well! Rahul Nayak, Guest Service Attendant at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park initiated a personalised farewell gift that has become the team's favorite today. He sketches portraits, architectural facades, and various thematic artworks for the guests on his floor.
